We believe the most important part of martial arts training is the character of the warrior. This philosophy creates individuals with whom we are proud to be associated. We incorporate character building, ethical training and mindfulness training in all of our classes for all ages.

 

 

We are a traditional Martial Arts school where the focus is on physical movement, fitness and self-control. We create mindful focus through physical and mental practice. Students transform using courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control and indomitable spirit through a process of self-discovery and empowerment.

However, this is not just a typical martial arts class. Students are required to learn not only the physical movements, but they must be able to pass a physical competency test as well as complete acts of kindness, learn the history of the art and complete an approved leadership project complete with a final essay before earning a black belt. This creates the warrior with true character – the warrior who helps make the world a better place by being a better person.

We offer the following classes:

After School Martial Arts (all ages)

  • Monday-Thursday at 4:45

Tigers (martial arts for kids aged 3 ½-5)

  • Monday/Wednesday at 5:30-6:15

Martial Arts for Adults or higher level Kids
